Through coaching, I support individuals and organisations in their learning, leadership, growth, and change. My clients include chief executives, managers, administrators, and support workers, reflecting my belief that every role has value, every contribution matters, and every professional journey deserves the opportunity for reflection, growth and development.
Individuals typically seek coaching to gain greater clarity, navigate change, develop confidence, strengthen leadership capability, or create more rewarding personal and professional lives.
Organisations engage me to support leadership development, strengthen coaching cultures, foster collaboration, and create environments in which people can learn, grow, and thrive.
Over the course of my career in the UK and Australia, I have held senior management and director-level positions in organisations focused on education, coaching and community development. My work has centred on developing people, building partnerships, and creating opportunities for individual growth, stronger communities, and meaningful social impact.
Alongside leading teams and organisations, I have designed and delivered learning, leadership and coaching initiatives ranging from individual coaching engagements to large-scale educational and community programmes. My experience spans the full journey from concept and programme design through to partnership development, coach recruitment and matching, delivery, evaluation and refinement. Through this work, I have supported learners, coaches, leaders and organisations across a wide range of sectors in the UK, Australia and internationally, creating programmes and partnerships that build lasting capacity for coaching, learning and human development.
Alongside my coaching practice, I have worked extensively within the coaching profession, supporting coach education, professional standards, and the growth of coaching across communities and organisations. This has included helping organisations navigate the opportunities and challenges of coaching, build coaching cultures, identify appropriate coaching solutions, select and match coaches, and develop programmes that align with their strategic and people-development goals.
My six years of service at board and director level with UK ICF focused on supporting the needs of UK-based coaches, advancing professional development, creating coaching opportunities, and building partnerships across the wider coaching ecosystem. Working alongside UK ICF, ICF Global, and the ICF Foundation, I contributed to initiatives such as Ignite and other collaborative projects that strengthened connections between coaching, education, business, science, and the charitable sector.
A particularly rewarding aspect of my work has been supporting new and experienced coaches to develop their skills, navigate credentialing pathways, and build meaningful coaching practices.
Throughout my career, I have been particularly interested in the connections between learning, leadership, community and social impact. My work has taken me across education, business, science, and the charitable sector, helping individuals and organisations develop their capacity to learn, adapt, and thrive.
For me, coaching is an integral part of the broader learning continuum, seamlessly blending formal and informal learning. At its best, coaching is the invisible stitching that threads together dialogue, insight, action, and impact.
