Working together
Working together
I work with people who want to make thoughtful decisions in times of change, uncertainty, or transition.
Clients often seek coaching when they are navigating a career move, stepping into or growing within a leadership role, leading through change, managing competing demands, redefining priorities, responding to a significant life event, or considering what comes next. Others seek greater clarity, confidence, purpose, or alignment between their values, aspirations, and actions.
My coaching style has been described as calm, direct, thought-provoking, and creative. I work in partnership with individuals to create a reflective and non-judgemental space in which new perspectives can emerge, assumptions can be challenged, and meaningful action can be taken.
I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. The meeting of difference and similarity is one of the sparks that triggers growth.
I work with organisations that recognise the value of a coaching approach in developing people, strengthening leadership, and supporting organisational effectiveness.
Whether the goal is to build a coaching culture, develop leaders, strengthen collaboration, support organisational change, or enhance staff wellbeing, coaching provides a practical framework for learning, reflection, and growth.
Every organisation has its own culture, opportunities, and challenges. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with organisations to understand their context and explore how coaching can best support their people, priorities, and long-term goals.
I enjoy working with a diverse range of organisations. My work has taken me into charities, educational institutions, professional bodies, community organisations, religious organisations, and commercial enterprises. Behind every strategy, structure, and organisational challenge are people doing their best to learn, contribute, collaborate, and create positive outcomes for others.
