Working together
Working together
I work with people who want to make thoughtful decisions in times of change, uncertainty, or transition.
I am often approached by people who are navigating a career move, settling into a new country, stepping into leadership, redefining priorities, or responding to a significant life event. Others seek greater clarity, confidence, and alignment between their values, aspirations, and actions.
My coaching style has been described as calm, direct, thought-provoking, and creative. I work in partnership with individuals to create a reflective and non-judgemental space in which new perspectives can emerge, assumptions can be challenged, and meaningful action can be taken.
Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are important to me. I welcome people from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, experiences, and perspectives
I work with organisations that recognise the value of a coaching approach in developing people, strengthening leadership, and supporting organisational effectiveness.
Whether the goal is to build a coaching culture, develop leaders, strengthen collaboration, support change initiatives, or enhance staff wellbeing, coaching provides a practical framework for learning, reflection, and growth.
Throughout my career, I have worked across education, business, science, charitable organisations, and community development. This experience has given me a deep appreciation of the opportunities and challenges faced by organisations operating in complex and rapidly changing environments.
I support organisations to explore how coaching can be embedded in ways that strengthen individual capability, encourage innovation, improve engagement, and contribute to sustainable organisational success.
